采用液膜网滤法处理抛光车间粉尘

采用网滤预处理和液膜喷淋技术处理汽车龙骨抛光车间粉尘，实践证明，采用该技术的处理系统具有效果好、投资低、运行稳定，噪声低、除尘效率高等优点。

HARNESING TECHNIQUE OF DUST IN AUTOMOBILE TIRE KEEL BURNISHING WORKROOM

The present paper deals with the dust of automobile tire keel burnishing workroom. By using screen preliminary disposal and liquid-film sprinkling technique, the dust handling system is improved. And the shortcomings of the old dust removing system (Fig.1) are all overcomed by adding circulating water treatment pool, hydroextractor, sprinkling liquid-film purifier and metal screen preliminary disposal device (Fig.3) to the old system. The monitoring data (Table 1) show that the performance of the new system is up to the Chinese National Standard. With the new system's advantages of small resistance, low environment noise, stable running, low cost and good purification efficiency, the conditions of the workroom is improved greatly.
