铁路开展创建健康食堂工作的探讨

摘    要:从健全组织、完善制度、加强培训、筹措资金和树立标杆等方面阐述某铁路单位创建健康食堂的实践,通过分析在培训、餐饮环境、信息化管理等方面存在的不足,提出应树立安全、健康、质优的食品经营理念,健全餐饮业规范经营的基础管理体系,以有效提升餐饮服务水平。

Abstract:This paper expounds the practice of building a healthy canteen in a railway unit from the aspects of perfecting organization,improving system,strengthening training,raising funds and setting benchmarks,etc.By analyzing the shortcomings in training,catering environment and information management,it is proposed that the concept of safe,healthy and high-quality food management should be established,and the basic management system of standardized operation of catering industry should be improved to effectively improve the catering service level.
