影响铁路职工不安全行为的因素研究

职工不安全行为是导致铁路事故的重要因素之一,为了预防和控制铁路职工的不安全行为,减少人为事故的发生,从个体、环境、设备和管理4个维度对影响职工不安全行为的因素进行分析并建立铁路职工不安全行为的影响因素指标体系,应用网络层次分析法对各因素的影响程度进行量化分析。结果表明:作业制度、激励机制、安全意识、安全教育、安全文化、社会环境、个体防护设施是影响铁路职工不安全行为的主要因素,应在日常安全管理中重点关注。

Study on Factors Influencing Unsafe Behavior of Railway Workers

Employees’unsafe behavior is one of the important factors that lead to railway accidents.In order to prevent and control the unsafe behavior of railway employees and reduce the occurrence of man-made accidents,the factors affecting employees’unsafe behavior are analyzed from four dimensions:individual,environment,equipment and management,and the index system of influencing factors of railway employees’unsafe behavior is established.The influence degree of each factor is quantitatively analyzed by using ANP.The results show that operation system,incentive mechanism,safety awareness,safety education,safety culture,social environment and individual protective facilities are the main factors affecting the unsafe behavior of railway workers,which should be paid attention in daily safety management.
