青藏铁路格拉段电气化工程对自然保护区的影响分析

受既有青藏铁路走向及车站布设的影响,青藏铁路格拉段电气化工程不可避免地穿越可可西里和三江源国家级自然保护区,为继续做好青藏铁路环境保护工作,梳理青藏铁路格拉段电气化工程在自然保护区内新增工程情况,充分利用既有青藏铁路资料,通过定性和定量方法分析新增工程在施工期和运营期对自然保护区内植被、野生动物、景观等环境因素的影响,并提出减轻影响的措施及建议。

Analysis of the Impact of the Golmud-Lhasa Section’s Electrification Project of Qinghai-Tibet Railway on the Nature Reserve

Affected by the direction of the existing Qinghai-Tibet railway and the layout of stations, the electrification project of the Qinghai-Tibet railway’s Golmud-Lhasa section will inevitably pass through the Hoh Xil and Sanjiangyuan national nature reserves. In order to continue to do a good job in environmental protection of the Qinghai-Tibet railway, the general situation of the new projects of the Qinghai-Tibet railway’s Golmud-Lhasa section electrification project in the nature reserves will be sorted out, the existing Qinghai-Tibet railway data will be fully utilized, the impacts of the new projects on the vegetation, wildlife, landscape and other environmental factors in the nature reserves during the construction and operation periods will be analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, and the measures and suggestions for mitigating the impacts will be put forward.
