摘    要:为研究热敏性能对洒水喷头的动作性能、控火效能以及对建筑空间的保护性能的影响,在安装高度分别为3 m和8 m的情况下,采用快速响应喷头和特殊响应喷头进行4次足尺实体火试验。喷头公称动作温度均为68℃,响应时间指数(RTI)分别为35(m.s)1/2和65(m.s)1/2。试验结果表明,各种试验条件下,洒水喷头均能及时动作,且喷头动作后均能提供足够的消防保护,并有效将火势控制在限定区域内。采用快速响应喷头较特殊响应喷头约提前20%动作,且火场环境最高温度、顶板结构最高温度、热释放速率和货物烧损率均较特殊响应喷头低。安装高度越高,热敏性能对洒水喷头控火效能的影响越明显。

Abstract:Four full-scale fire tests were conducted to investigate the activation character,the fire control efficiency and the fire protection performance for structure space of different thermal sensitivity spray sprinklers at the height of 3 m and 8 m.In these tests,Fast response sprinklers and special response sprinklers were used,the activation temperature rating were all 68℃,and the response time indexes(RTI) were 35(meters-seconds)1/2 and 65(meters-seconds)1/2,respectively.The test results show that the spray sprinklers can be activated in time under all test conditions,they are able to provide adequate protection,and the fire can be confined in a restricted area.The fast response sprinklers are activated about 20% earlier than the special response sprinklers,and are less than the special response sprinklers with respect to the maximum ambient temperature,the maximum steel structure temperature,the maximum heat release rate and the commodities loss rate.The higher the installation height of spray sprinklers,the more distinct the effect of thermal sensitivity on fire control efficiency.
