| Abstract: | Major industrial risk sources and hidden dangers are systematically analyzed. System establishment of regional monitor, pre-warning, and emergency protocol, and application basis of new technology for monitor and control of hidden dangers are studied. A monitoring and controlling system for occupational safety and health to monitor and control the industrial risk sources is worked out. The author suggests that the system should provide two levels, one for process safety, and the other for target safety. |
