Research on Risk Management Methods for Enterprise's Hazards

Current situation of hazard management is briefly analyzed; risk management methods such as risk control, risk financial arrangement and insurance are described. How to introduce risk management into hazard management and combine them together so as to improve the level of managing hazards is analyzed and studied. Emphasis is placed on as follows: using minimum cost principle to strength enterprise's safety management; employing principle of risk concentration to arrange invested funds for safety rationally; using risk-transfer to lower accident rates; reasonably using financial methods to reduce losses of accident. Thus accident prevention, loss reduction, reasonable arrangement for funds and enterprise's sustainable development can be achieved.
