三相磨料射流的研究

摘    要:水射流技术的研究与开发,日益受到许多国家和国际财团的重视。关于磨料射流技术,经试验和应用证明,普遍认为具有广泛推广价值和光明的发展前景。笔者在借荐和总结国内外多相流理论研究成果及试验的基础上, 针对磨料射流特点,提出了一种新射流技术,即三相磨料射流技术。论述了三相磨料射流产生原理,并对垂直管内形成的气- 固- 液三相流态做了分析; 根据适合射流的特点,找到了适用于射流技术的两种流态—气泡流和团状流,并得到了此两种流态的动力特征,为将来的工业试验及商业性应用在理论上提供了一定的依据

Abstract:Many countries and consortia are paying more and more attention to the development and exploitation of the technology of the water jet. Abrasive water jet is known to be the most critical one from the view of its experiements and applications. By summarizing the state-of-art achievements of multi-phase both at home and abroad, according to the characteristics of abrasive water jet, a new water jet technology so called 3-phase abrasive water jet technology is introduced. The working mechanism of the abrasive water jet and 3-phase flow styles are discussed and analyzed. From characteristic appropriateness in abrasive water jet, it is found that two flow styles, the bubble and slug flow, are adaptive in abrasive water jet. Also the dynamic characteristics of these flow styles are obtained. All these may provide a guideline for further industrial testing and commercial application of the abrasive water jet.
