| Abstract: | The crack situation of spherical tanks for LPG found by inspection is introduced. Causes of cracks are analyzed.The nature of cracks is pointed out,that is hydrogen embrittlement formed at welded joints.The author suggests that in order to eliminate the hidden danger due to the crack of spherical tank for LPG,rules for safety management should be made as soon as possible and periodic inspection must be conducted. |
