高校实验室安全现状分析与管理对策研究

实验室是高校开展人才培养和科学研究的必备场所 ,实验室的安全对整个高校的安全和稳定至关重要。新时期高校实验室安全面临许多新的问题 ,并由此引发不少的伤亡事故。笔者针对高校实验室存在的安全隐患及其原因 ,提出了以“以人为本、预防在先”为核心的的安全思想 ,制定了改进和加强高校实验室安全管理的若干对策

Analysis on Present Situation of Laboratory Safety and Study of Its Management Countermeasure

Laboratory is the necessity for personnel training and scientific research in colleges and universities. Laboratory safety is crucial to the safety and stability of the whole college and university. In the new era, the laboratory safety in colleges and universities is facing with many new problems leading to quite a few accidents. In view of the existing hidden dangers and their causes, some countermeasures based on the human-oriented concept and prevention first are suggested to improve and strengthen the laboratory safety management.
