高架仓库火灾烟气运动和控制数值模拟研究

摘    要:根据哈尔滨某纺织品仓库的实际尺寸建立几何模型,应用大涡模拟(LES)方法对机械排烟模式下仓库火灾的热释放速率、温度流场、能见度变化情况进行数值模拟,得出了火灾的发生发展、火场温度分布、烟气流动状况及其组分浓度等参数随时间的动态变化规律。模拟结果表明,机械排烟可以将烟气控制在8m以上的空间内,有效地抑制烟气向仓库下部扩散,使仓库内的温度和能见度不影响人员安全疏散。研究成果可以为合理地设计大型高架仓库的防排烟措施提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the actual size of a textile warehouse in Harbin,a geometrical model was established.Then,the heat release rate,the temperature flow field and the change of visibility of the warehouse fire under mechanical smoke exhaust mode were simulated and analyzed by the method of large eddy simulation(LES),the occurrence and development of the fire,the fire temperature distribution,the flow status and the component concentration of smoke were obtained.The results show that the mechanical exhaust can keep the smoke above the level of 8 meters,and effectively inhibit smoke spread to the lower part of warehouse.Thus,the evacuation will not be affected by the temperature and the visibility inside the warehouse.This research can provide a reference for the rational design of smoke control in large high rack warehouse fire.
