高压水射流清洗机具材料的防锈研究

摘    要:高压水射流清洗设备和器材的主要零件,由于经常接触水和空气而产生锈蚀,这是一个比较普遍、简单而又是“老大难”的课题。主要零件的锈蚀,不仅降低其使用寿命,增加维修费用,还提高了操作成本,并且影响设备和器材的使用效率。结合工作实际,通过对常用防锈材料和工艺的分析,并与化学镀镍磷进行比较、试验以及工业化应用,指出了采用化学镀镍磷技术对主要零件进行处理,能改善其化学和物理性能,这是目前解决高压水射流清洗机具防锈蚀的好方法之一

Abstract:The main components of hydroblasting machine and equipment are often corroded due to their constant contact with water and air. This is a relatively common, simple but difficult problem, which not only reduces service lifetime and increases maintenance and operation costs, but also reduces application efficiency of machines and equipment. In this paper, combined with working practice, corrosion proof material and technology commonly used are analyzed. Through comparison with the nickel phosphorus plating, and by tests and industrial application, it is indicated that the nickel phosphorus plating of the main components could improve their chemical and physical properties and is a good method to solve anticorrosion problem for hydroblasting machines and equipment.
