The Public-welfare Nature of Restructuring the Education of Main Mining Majors

Based on the analysis of public welfare attribute of professional education of main mining,it is pointed out that the funds for schooling the majors of mining is increasingly tight,the major has a trend to marginalization and non-mining and the public welfare for this major declines day by day.It is suggested to reconstruct the public welfare nature from all-level of bodies including the state,universities,enterprises,individuals;the professional education for mining majors must be preferentially developed and ensured by strengthening the governmental role and increasing the school funds;the source for students must be ensured and graduates must be applied in this field by making related laws and regulations;meanwhile,the state,universities,enterprises and individual families should intensify their own responsibilities.Thus,a good all-dimensional and multi-layered mechanism for cultivating and absorbing mining talents is formed,which eventually ensures the public welfare of mining education and meets the supply for mining talents.
