基于网络地理信息系统(WebGIS)的危险气体泄漏扩散预警信息平台的研究

摘    要:以有毒有害危险气体突发性泄漏扩散事故为研究对象,对基于网络地理信息系统(WebGIS)的危险气体泄漏扩散预警信息平台进行研究,根据需求,对平台的总体结构设计、功能设计、数据库设计和技术实现等方面进行了深入的探讨;采用B/S模式,利用ArcGIS,ASP.NET和VB.NET开发出预警信息平台,并通过Internet发布相关信息。该研究项目为环境管理部门对突发性气体泄漏事故的预警、指挥、调度以及对事故的控制提供了准确的预测信息和及时的技术支持,对提高事故应急救援指挥和救援行动的效率有重要的意义。

Abstract:With the suddenly occurring leak-diffusion accident of dangerous gases as the object, a study was made on the early-warning information platform based on WebGIS (web geographical information system). According to the needs, the overall structure, functional design, database and technology were deeply explored. Based on the B/S (Browser/Server) model, the early-warning information platform was developed by using ArcGIS, ASP.NET and VB.NET, which released the timely information through the internet. This platform provides accurate forecasting information and timely technical supports for environmental departments to make an early-warning, command, dispatch and control of the leakage-diffusion accidents of dangerous gases; it is also of great importance for improving the emergency rescue command and the efficiency of emergency rescue.
