| 摘 要： | 从理论与实际结合的角度提出了消防社会化概念及其所包含的具体内容，即消防社会化包括消防观念社会化，消防能力分布社会化和消防组织社会化三个方面。进而又提出了促进消防社会化的三个主要因素，即消防宣传教育、社会经济发展以及加大改革力度与管理体制创新。

| Abstract: | n the basis of the analysis of general theories about socialization, the concept of socializa-tion of fire control is advocated on correlating the theory with practice. It consists Of three re-spects:the socialization of fire control concepts,its capacity distribution and its organization. Fur-thermore,three factors to promote the socialization are proposed. They are propagation and edu-cation of fire control,development of social economy and reinforcement of re formation,and reno-vation of the management system. |
