| 摘 要： | GIS系统是有效提高城市道路交通安全管理的水平 ,减少事故的发生 ,使事故对道路通行的影响最小化 ,并有效合理分配交通流的重要手段。笔者在研究城市道路交通安全GIS系统的基础上 ,讨论了数据的来源、专题信息图层的构建 ;提出了系统开发的主要技术 ;介绍了道路交通安全信息的采集、查询和更新 ,交通事故信息的分析与预测 ,交通事故管理等功能 ;并提出了基于道路交通安全GIS系统事故管理的一些新方法。

| Abstract: | GIS is an important measure for improving urban traffic safety management, decreasing the occurrence of accident and minimizing the impact of accident. The data source and the establishment of special information layer are also discussed. Main technologies in the development of the system are put forward. Some new management methods for traffic accident based GIS are also introduced. |
