飞行认知能力的测量方案设计及模型研究

摘    要:为了对飞行员飞行认知能力水平提供评价依据,进行飞行认知能力测量方案设计。根据飞行员的驾驶特征以及操作行为提出6项测量指标,分别为空间定位能力、空间定向能力、空间想象能力、信息获取能力、信息加工能力和学习能力;根据测量指标和认知能力测试量表功能间的对应关系,设计包括6项认知测验的测量方案。随后开展测量并对结果进行分析,提取3个主因子分别命名为空间认知能力、信息管理能力和学习能力,从而建立起二阶多维度的认知能力结构模型。该模型可应用于飞行认知能力的测评工作。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the flight cognitive ability level of pilots,a flight cognitive ability measurement is designed and a cognitive ability structural model is researched.Based on cognitive theory and according to the piloting habits and operating behaviors of pilots,six measurement indexes are presented,including spatial location ability,spatial orientation ability,spatial imagination ability,information acquisition ability,information processing ability and learning ability.Based on the corresponding relations between the measurement indexes and the function of the test scale for cognitive ability,6 cognitive test schemes were designed and carried out.Subsequently,the measurement results were analyzed by SPSS,and 3 main factors were extracted,which includes spatial cognitive ability,information management ability and learning ability.Finally,a second-order multi-dimensional flight cognitive ability structural model was constructed,which can be applied to the test of pilots' flight cognitive ability.
