| Abstract: | After analyzing the current fire fighting management in enterprises, existing key problems in the guiding ideology and management methodology are pointed out. Authors suggest that three forces, namely professional fire brigade, volunteer fire fighters, and post workers, should be combined into one force, so called macro fire fighting force. This management concept and standardized fire drill are merged into a method for modifying the current situation. |
