| 摘 要： | 初步提出在一定范围内建立“安全技术咨询服务公司”的设想。当今是知识爆炸，信息大交流的时代，计算机技术的普及应用，为这种设想提供了实现的条件。人们在咨询服务系统中能方便、迅捷获得技术服务信息，帮助解决在工程施工中的各种问题。在技术力量薄弱的中、小型施工企业，将是这种服务的最大受益者。

| Abstract: | This paper proposes and discusses the imagination of establishing "Consultant ServiceCompany for Safety Engineering" in certain ranges. This is an era of knowledge explosionand exchanging information. The application and popularization of computers have providedconditions for realizing the imagination. One may conveniently and quickly get technical information from the consultant service system to help resolve the problems concerning theconstruction of projects, from which the medium and small --sized construction enterpriseswith weak technical force will benefit most. |
