| 摘 要： | 安全监理是工程建设监理工作的一个重要研究课题，是根据目前我国建筑市场的实际情况并逐步与国际接轨的情况下提出来的。文章全面探讨了安全监理的理论和实践意义，并就我国现行的工程质量监理与安全监理的关系进行了分析比较。质量是工程建设追求的目标，安全是实现质量目标的基本环境条件，安全监理则是安全保障。

| Abstract: | Safety supervision is an immportant problem to be studied in the supervision of engineering construction, which has been put forward in accordance with the actual conditions ofthe national construction market at present and under the circumstances of gradually linkingwith the international market. The article has made an overall discussion about its theoryand practical significance and has also analysed and compared the relation between presen engineering quality supervision and safety supervision in China. Quality is a goal pursued byengineering construction, safety is the environmental condition to realize the goal 1 and safetysupervision guarantees safety. |
