采用电芬顿-磁固定化菌株耦合体系治理苯酚废水的研究

摘    要:为实现对苯酚废水治理工艺的优化,针对传统包埋法制备固定化细胞的工艺方法进行改进,选用磁性纳米颗粒制备磁固定化细胞,将其与电芬顿法结合构建耦合体系,利用耦合协同作用实现催化剂的重复利用,并依托微生物的良好降解性能与稳定性提高苯酚降解率,进一步实现对苯酚废水治理工艺的系统优化。

Study on the treatment of phenol wastewater by the coupling system of electro Fenton and magnetic immobilization

Abstract:In order to optimize the treatment process of phenol wastewater,the traditional embedding method was improved to prepare immobilized cells.Magnetic nanoparticles were selected to prepare magnetic immobilized cells,which were combined with the electric Fenton Method to build a coupling system.The coupling synergy was used to realize the reuse of catalyst,and the good degradation performance and stability of microorganisms were used to improve phenol Degradation rate,further realize the system optimization of phenol wastewater treatment process.
