城市水环境智慧水务系统建设探索

摘    要:在大数据、物联网、云计算、人工智能等新技术的基础上,结合城市信息化现状,整合全部涉水资源,从水务业务应用的实际需求出发,明确智慧水务建设目标,以"5+3+1"的模式建设智慧水务信息化系统,主要包括5个一整体架构(智能感知网、数据中心、服务平台、业务应用体系、技术规范体系)、3大板块(业务管理、运营管理、辅助决策)和1个综合监管平台。

Abstract:On the basis of new technologies such as big data,the Internet of things,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,etc.,combined with the current status of urban informatization,all water resources are integrated.Starting from the actual needs of water business applications,the goals of smart water construction are defined,5+3+1"model to build a smart water information system,which mainly includes five integrated architectures (intelligent sensing network,data center,service platform,business application system,technical specification system),three major sectors (business management,operations Management,assist decision-making) and an integrated supervision platform.
