| Abstract: | This paper introduces the development process of domestic and foreign management system about the total amount control.In particular,it introduces the new regulations for China’s work of total amount control since the 13th Five-Year Plan.It also explains the inspirations arising from the management of the total amount of major pollutants in Nanjing. |
