| 摘 要： | 当今我国大力推动绿色经济发展,也加强了对环境影响评价的关注度。环境影响评价制度的提出对实现经济和生态和谐发展有着重要意义。但是从整体上来看,规划环评过程依然存在着些许问题,无法进一步发挥环评工作效益。基于此,本文首先提出规划环评过程中出现的问题,进而提出几点解决建议。

| Abstract: | Today China has vigorously promoted the development of green economy,and has also increased its attention to environmental impact assessment.The proposed environmental impact assessment system is of great significance for achieving harmonious economic and ecological development.However,on the whole,there are still some problems in the planning and environmental impact assessment process,and the benefits of environmental impact assessment work cannot be further exerted.Based on this,this article first puts forward the problems in the process of planning environmental impact assessment,and then puts forward several solutions. |
