| Abstract: | This paper regards a chemical plant environmental assessment as the main object of discussion,fully demonstrating that clean production analysis should be organic and engineering analysis combined.The purpose of this is to promote the production of energy saving and consumption reduction,and to achieve environmental and economic benefits.The effectiveness and mutual benefit of the benefits can also enhance the feasibility and effectiveness of the EIA. |
