| Abstract: | Through the "Three Lines and One List"pilot of Meishan City in Sichuan Province,an environment control unit division method as well as the principles of environment access list which are suitable,operable for Sichuan Province were explored.It will play a demonatration and leading role for Sichuan Province's " Three Lines and One List"compiling work smoothly. |
