钢构件非均匀温度分段方案对结构响应模拟精度的影响

摘    要:局部火灾条件下的非均匀温度分布会通常会导致钢结构构件的非均匀温升并影响其安全性能,在进行结构火灾安全分析时通常需要将这种非均匀分布分段平均处理.本文利用结构分析软件数值模拟研究了温度分段平均处理方案对设定的非均匀温度分布的钢结构轴力、剪力、弯矩、挠度等力学参数的影响.研究结果表明:合适的温度分段平均处理可以比较准确地反映非均匀温度分布对这些参数的影响,为进一步的结构安全分析提供条件.本案例中将非均匀温度分布平均处理为20段就可以将相对误差控制在5%以内.

Abstract:Structural fire safety is affected by the non-uniform temperature distribution and rise. Subsection of the non-uniform temperature should be used for structural fire safety analysis. How to obtain reliable and minimum subsections is crucial for mechanical parameters. In this paper, the structural analysis software, RuckZuck, was used to study the effect of subsection of the temperature on the steel structure response. Mechanical parameters include axial force, shearing force, bending moment and flexibility. The results indicate that suitable temperature subsection is necessary for the structural fire safety analysis, and can be used for better describing the effect of non-uniform temperature distribution. In present paper, all the calculation error for the mechanical parameters can be controlled within 5%, if the non-uniform temperature was divided into 20 subsections of uniform temperature.
