| 摘 要： | 企业长期以来被看作仅追求最大化利益,其背后还有着更大安全责任.为了破解目前特种设备安全监管效率不高的难题,本文借鉴利益相关者理论,提出了“特种设备安全效用相关者”的概念,将监管过程中的各个主体拆散重组,指出提升特种设备安全监管效果必须遵从相关者间的安全效用规律,只有综合考虑,合理优化,特种设备的安全监管效果才能持续改善.

| Abstract: | For a long time,enterprises have been regarded as pursuing the maximization of benefits only.To solve the problem of inefficient safety supervision of special equipment.Based on stakeholder theory,this paper puts forward the concept of"special equipment safety stakeholder". Separate and reorganize the various entities in the supervision process.It is pointed out that to improve the safety supervision effect of special equipment,the safety stakeholder law among relevant parties must be obeyed.Only with comprehensive consideration and reasonable optimization can the safety supervision effect of special equipment be continuously improved. |
