摘    要:中商要:束缚装置选型是新版中国标准中增加的一项重要内容,中国标准借鉴了美国标准和欧盟标准,但并未完全采用。因此,进行中国标准、美国标准和欧盟标准的比较研究非常重要。本文从人体坐标系、加速度区域和束缚装置准则三个方面对中国标准、美国标准和欧盟标准中的相关内容进行了全面对比,分析了各自的优缺点。在人体坐标系方面,中国标准定义较为合理。在加速度区域方面,美国标准和欧盟标准要求比较详细。在束缚装置准则方面,三个标准各有千秋,考虑42号文后,中国标准要求更为严格。

International Comparative Study of Restraint Device Selection Criteria for Large-scale Amusement Device

Abstract:Restraint device selection criteria,which was added in GB 8408 for the first time,was very important.GB 8408 used the experience of ASTM F2291 and EN 13814 but bot fully adopted.Therefore,ifs very important to carry out comparative study between them.Firstly,the contents of body coordinate system,acceleration diagram and restraint criteria between these three standards were compared.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of each standard were thoroughly analyzed.In the section of body coordinate system,GB 8408’s definition was more reasonable.In the section of acceleration diagram,ASTM F2291 and EN 13814 were more detailed.In the section of restraint criteria,these standards had their own advantages.Considering both GB 8408 and Circular 42,the requirements in China were more strict.
