基于防震烈度设计的设备响应谱分析方法

摘    要:防震烈度为6度以上或地震设计基本加速度大于0.05g的化工设备石油化工设备必须进行抗震设计1]。在未做全厂抗震设计情况下,设备安装位置地震谱未知,设备抗震设计时通常直接采用设计基本地震加速度进行抗震验算。此方法忽略了建筑物对地震效应的放大作用,分析结果可能出现不保守情况。本文以介绍了基于设计基本地震加速度的设计地震谱的计算方法,并以此地震谱对设备进行反应谱分析,对比采用设计基本加速度进行抗震验算的计算结果,为设备抗震分析提供参考。

Research on Analysis Method of Equipment Response Spectrum Based on Seismic Intensity Design

Abstract:The seismic design of equipment must be carried out as the chemical equipment and petrochemical equipment with the Seismic Precautionary Intensity more than 6 degrees or the design basic acceleration of ground motion more than 0.05g1].In the case of the calculation of whole plant without seismic design,the seismic spectrum of the installation position of the equipment is not known.So the seismic design of the equipment is usually carried out directly by the design basic acceleration of ground motion.But this method ignores the amplification effect of the building,which leads to the result of the analysis may not be conservative.This paper presents how to get the design seismic spectrum based on the design basic acceleration of ground motion,and compares the result of the seismic spectrum with result of the design basic acceleration of ground motion,and provides a reference for the seismic analysis of the equipment in future.
