Discussion for the Periodic Inspection of Ammonia Refrigeration Pressure Vessel

With the construction and use of a large number of refrigeration units,the safety problem of ammonia refrigeration enterprises is increasingly prominent.As an important link to ensure the safe use of pressure vessels,periodic inspection still exists problems such as unclear inspection basis,unclear inspection items,and insufficient pertinencc.In this paper,the current status of periodic inspection of ammonia refrigeration pressure vessel was introduced,the damage mechanism,inspection items and methods of ammonia refrigeration pressure vessel were analyzed and discussed,and the corresponding inspection strategy was proposed from the angle of damage pattern discrimination,which can be used for reference by related engineers.
