自动扶梯的能耗分析及节能控制研究

摘    要:自动扶梯是一种耗能较大的特种设备。为了贯彻落实国家对高耗能特种设备的监管政策,针对自动扶梯运行特点建立科学可行的能效测试方法和评价标准十分重要。通过介绍自动扶梯运行能耗的检测方法,并对自动扶梯的输入有功功率和乘客流量进行实测。分析了实验结果对自动扶梯能耗的影响因素;探讨了各种节能方法的适用性和有效性。

Energy Analysis and Energy-Saving Control of Escalators

Abstract:Escalator is a kind of high energy-consuming special equipment, of which energy efficiency have received much attention in recent years. In order to implement the state's regulatory policies on the high-energy-consuming special equipment, a feasible evaluation criterion should be established while, of course, the energy efficiency testing is the first consideration. In this work, a methodology which involves electric power measurements combined with traffic measurements was developed for energy consumption testing of escalators. Based on the measured results, some influencing factors of energy consumption were analyzed, also presented includes the energy-saving control strategies and the energy- saving potentials of escalators.
