基于事故统计分析的地铁运营安全管理研究

摘    要:为了预防和减少地铁运营事故的发生,本文通过统计分析某城市地铁5年的运营事故资料,探讨了地铁运营事故的发生规律,从人、机、环、管几个方面分析了导致地铁运营事故发生的主要原因。结果显示:统计年度内地铁运营事故年度总量较为平稳,事故的发生对月份变化敏感度较低,受气象条件影响较小;信号故障、车辆故障是发生最频繁的事故类型,合计占事故总数的56%。事故原因分析显示,设备设施因素导致的事故占事故总数的87%;人为因素导致的事故占事故总数的7%。根据地铁运营事故特点,从人、机、环、管4方面提出了相应的安全管理对策,可为制定科学合理的地铁运营安全管理措施提供依据。

Abstract:In order to prevent and reduce the subway operation accidents,this paper analyzes the accident data of subway operation in a certain city for 5 years by statistical analysis,studies the rule for the occurrence of subway operation accident,and analyzes the main causes such as human,machine,environment and management.The results show that the annual total number of accidents in subway operation is relatively stable,and the most frequent types of accidents occur when signal and vehicle failures account for 56%;the sensitivity of subway operation to monthly changes is low,which is less affected by meteorological conditions;the factors of equipment and facilities account for 87%of accidents;and the human factors account for 7%of accidents.Finally,according to the characteristics of subway operation accidents,the corresponding safety management countermeasures are put forward from four aspects:human,machine,environment and management,which provides the basis for formulating scientific and reasonable safety management measures for subway operation.
