| 摘 要： | 本文从社会进步导致自反性危机出发,通过对风险承载体脆弱性构成要素暴露度、敏感度、适应度的分析,提出了三特征要素递次演化的模型;并根据脆弱性的递次演化的特点,提出了对脆弱性的辨识和递次管控的基本思路;最后,依据对地铁运行安全管理脆弱性的研究,进行脆弱性管理的实证分析。

| Abstract: | Based on the theoretical basis of reflexive crisis caused by social progress,this paper analyzes the elements of vulnerability to risk carriers.That is to say,the connotation of exposure,sensitivity and adaptability,as well as their relationship are analyzed,and then a model of the recurrence evolution of the three characteristic elements is proposed.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the recursive evolution of vulnerability,the basic ideas of vulnerability identification and recursive control are put forward.Finally,according to the research results of the vulnerability of subway operation safety management,an empirical analysis of vulnerability management is carried out. |
