区域消防安全评估关键技术研究

摘    要:为了提高评估区域消防安全水平,本文介绍了基于抽样理论的火灾高风险场所样本量计算方法、仿真技术嵌合离散定位模型的火灾风险评估方法、区域地图精准处理和分析技术、现场检查数据智能采集技术等关键技术,区域消防安全评估指标体系建立的方法,提出了区域消防安全评估流程和实施控制要点,并以某城市为例进行分析,构建了一套完善的城市区域消防安全指标体系,为更广泛的进行城市区域消防安全评估提供了经验,具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Regional fire safety assessment is an effective way to analyze the fire safety situation in a region and find weak links in fire protection work.It is the basic premise to achieve the balance among the expectant risk level of the property and life of the public and firefighters and the types and deployment of fire safety facilities and emergency rescue forces.In this paper,some key technologies are introduced,such as the calculation method of sample size for places with high fire risk based on sampling theory,a fire risk assessment method based on simulation technology and discrete positioning model,precise processing and analysis technology for regional map,and intelligent collection technology for on-site data.Then,an index system for regional fire safety assessment was established and the processes and implementation control points for regional fire safety assessment was proposed.The established index system was applied in a city's regional fire risk assessment through constructing a suitable and reasonable index system.It will provide a helpful reference for carrying out extensively regional fire risk assessment.
