| Abstract: | The article puts emphasis on the introduction of the mechanism of pollution flashover.Four commonly used techniques and methods for preventing the pollution flashover are studied and discussed and how dirt collects,gets moist and then results in flashover of an insulator is analyzed in detail.Based on salt density method,the relationship between salt density and flashover voltage is drawn,which provides theoretical guidance pollution flashover prevention. |
