| 摘 要： | 针对国内城市目前的应急救援情况，利用计算机技术对各类安全信息进行采集和综合利用，为城市应急救援工作提供技术支持和信息服务。根据城市应急救援工作的特点和要求，对系统体系结构、功能模块和应急流程进行了分析和论述。系统实现了对应急机构、应急物资、应急基础信息和应急辅助决策的自动化监控和管理。系统的应用将提高城市的安全管理和应急救援水平。
