| 摘 要： | 林场经营管理中需要坚持走科学发展的道路,发挥林场资源优势,提高林场经营管理的整体水平。当前林场经营管理中存在的基本问题是:林场性质定位不够明确、林场管理方式单一、林场经营管理中产权主体不够清晰、林场生产的产品结构单一等。需要在具体工作过程中发挥林场生产经营的自主权,采用多元化的经营模式,以提升整个林场的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Forest farm operation and management process calls for a scientific development road and full use of the resource advantages of forest farms in order to realize the improvement on the overall management level of forest farms. What need to be analyzed currently are the basic problems existing in the forest farm operation and management process, such as indefinite nature positioning of forest farms, lack of vitality of the forest farm management mechanism, unclear ownership evolved in the forest farm operation and management process and a monotonous structure of forest products. It is necessary for forest farms to get more freedom and carry out diversified operation models to enhance the economic benefits of forest farms. |
