| 摘 要： | 针对我国地铁施工安全事故频发现象,分析地铁施工的特点,探索施工安全事故发生的主要原因,通过对原因的分析,得出对施工现场作业人员安全管理的重要性,基于组织心件管理理论,结合心件三要素,发现地铁施工安全管理存在认知能力、行为能力和情绪能力三方面问题,提出完善安全管理的合理化措施,以期在一定程度上能够提高地铁施工现场安全管理水平。

Subway Construction Safety Management Based on Organization Mood Management Theory |

| Abstract: | In view of the existed phenomenon that subway construction accidents occur frequently , the characteristics of subway construction are analyzed and the main causes of the construction accidents are explored ,finding out the importance of the workers safety management at the construction site .Based on the organization mood management theory and combined with three elements of mood ,it is discovered that there exist cognitive ,behavioral and emotional competence problems in subway construction safety management and the measures to improve the safety management are put forward ,to provide refer-ences for subway construction safety management in China . |
