摘    要:采用水解处理印染废水时,为了研究得出高效运行的ORP综合调控措施及水解反应器的调控运行参数,进行了ORP与水解处理环境条件pH、碱度和COD的相关研究。试验结果表明,ORP与pH或碱度相关性良好;ORP随COD的降解过程,其变化曲线存在一个稳定的ORP最小值点,代表COD大部分被降解,其变化曲线随后缓慢上升至平台,此时COD已是难降解物质。此外,进水COD越大,相应的ORP最小值点出现越晚。

Analysis of Correlation Factors on Regulating and Controlling the Hydrolysis Process of Printing and Dyeing Wastewater by Using ORP
Abstract:During the hydrolysis treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater ,in order to achieve efficient operational oxida-tion-reduction potential (ORP) comprehensive control measures and reliable exact control parameters of hydrolysis reactor , the relationship between ORP and the environmental conditions including pH ,alkalinity and chemical oxygen demand (COD ) of hydrolysis treatment is investigated .The results show that there is a good correlation between ORP and pH or alkalinity . Along with the degradation process of COD ,the change curve of ORP exists a stable ORP concave point which reflects that most of the COD has been degraded .The change curve tends to be flat and it expresses that COD has been the refractory material .In addition ,the higher the influent COD ,the later the time that ORP concave point appears .
