基于ISM-AHP的建筑施工企业安全投入结构优化研究

摘    要:建筑施工企业在安全资金的投入和使用上都存在不合理的现象,为提高企业的安全管理水平,确保安全投入高效性,有必要对建筑施工企业的安全投入结构进行优化。通过调查问卷的形式调研65个建筑施工项目的安全管理人员,筛选出主要安全投入要素。然后运用解释结构模型(ISM)结合层次分析法(AHP)构建安全投入结构优化模型。并且,根据调查问卷的反馈数据将施工项目按安全状况的好坏分为两组,分别进行建模分析得到两组不同的安全投入结构优化比例,结果显示安全状况好的企业在安全技术和劳动者保护方面的投入比较多,安全状况一般的企业在安全施工和劳动者保护方面的投入比较多,两者的共同点是安全管理和安全文化投入都在10%左右。

Abstract:There are unreasonable phenomena in the investment and use of safety funds in construction enterprises.In order to improve the safety management level and ensure the efficiency of safety investment,it is necessary to optimize the safety investment structure of construction enterprises.The thesis screened the main safety input factors through a survey to safety management personnel of 65 construction projects in the form of questionnaire.Then,the interpretative structural model(ISM)combined with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to construct safety investment structure optimization model.According to the feedback data of questionnaire,construction projects were divided into two groups according to their safety conditions.Two groups of different optimization ratios of safety investment structure were obtained through modelling analysis.The results show that the enterprises with good safety conditions invest more in safety technology and labour protection,the enterprises with average safety conditions have more investment in safety construction and labour protection,and the common point of the two groups is that investment in safety management and safety culture investment are about 10%respectively.
