Abstract:The use of oil displacement method of CO2 injection can not only improve crude oil recovery rate,extend the production life of oil wells,but also reduce the emission of carbon dioxide and protect the atmospheric environment.CO2 capture technology is one of the important parts for the oil displacement process.The design technology of existing device was studied and analyzed in this paper.Combined with engineering experiences,some reasonable suggestions are put forward in detail for the composition of the device,the design points of the pretreatment system,the selection of chemical absorbent,the setting of induced draft fan,the measures to maintain the water balance of the system,the recovery and utilization of system energy,process selection of the liquefaction system and design point of refrigeration system.
