测试装置防护技术的仿真研究

摘    要:复杂的动力学环境对测试系统安全可靠地工作产生巨大威胁, 为了可靠地完成测试任务, 叙述了弹载测试装置抗高过载冲击的防护措施和缓冲机理.利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对内置测试设备的卵形空心弹体侵彻钢靶进行了数值模拟,同时结合泡沫铝的特性对防护技术进行了仿真研究.

Abstract:The complex dynamics environment greatly affects the test system.In order to complete the test,this paper particularly discusses the protective measures and cushion mechsnisms of anti-overloading and anti-shock of the test device.The finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA is applied to simulate the penetrated steel target with ogival-nose projectile of the built-in test device,meanwhile,the simulation research on the protective technology is conducted in accordance with the characteristics of aluminium-foam.
