| 摘 要： | 针对氧气站生产的特点,从风险评价技术导则(HJ/T169-2004)出发,进行风险识别,分析得出风险评价因子和类型,计算液氧贮罐爆炸的影响范围,并进行影响分析。风险管理主要是选址、具体防范措施、操作规程、应急预案和突发事故下的环境监测方案等方面的要求。 |
