摘    要:许多行业产生的废水中都含有大量氟离子,电子元件生产、电镀和金属冶炼等行业排放的废水中都含有高浓度氟化物。而目前缺乏经济性好且适用性强的除氟方法,针对氟化物去除难度大、达标困难这一典型问题,采用不同的制备方法,制备了羟基氧化铁和两种铈基吸附剂,研究了吸附等温模型、吸附动力学以及pH对吸附的影响。结果表明:3种吸附剂在吸附过程中化学吸附起主要作用,整个吸附过程符合准二级反应动力学模型。与另外两种吸附剂相比铈吸附剂B去除效果更好,且pH在2~10范围内,氟离子去除率稳定在80%以上。

Abstract:The waste water from many industries contains a large amount of fluoride,and the waste water from electronic component production,electroplating and metal smelting industries contains a high concentration of fluoride.However,there is no economic and applicable method for fluorine removal.To solve the typical problem of difficulty in removing fluoride and reaching the standard,different preparation methods are adopted to prepare hydroxyl iron oxide and two cerium adsorbents,and the effects of the adsorption isothermal model,adsorption kinetics and pH on adsorption are studied.The results show that the chemical adsorption of the three adsorbents plays a major role in the adsorption process,and the whole adsorption process is in accordance with the quasi-second-order reaction kinetics model.Compared with the other two adsorbents,cerium adsorbent B has a better removal effect,and when pH value ranges from 2 to 10,the removal rate of fluorine ion is stable at over 80%.
