| 摘 要： | 通过对石油资源开发利用特征及其对生态环境破坏的现状分析,证明石油的开采与加工利用造成的生态破坏已成为我国可持续发展的制约因素.分析了石油化工行业推行清洁生产的必要性,并根据当前石油化工行业清洁生产中存在的问题,提出相应的对策.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the present situation of oil exploitation and utilization,pointing out that ecological disturbance caused has become the restrictive factor on sustainable development in China.So it is urgent and necessary to spread cleaner production in petrochemical industry and some corresponding countermeasures are put forward based on the problems existed in the cleaner production of this industry. |
