优良菌对原油降解性能的试验研究

摘    要:以原油为唯一碳源,从长期被石油污染土壤的浸泡液中分离、筛选出2株降解原油的优良菌SY4和SY6,初步鉴定为: SY4和 SY6为芽孢杆菌属.通过降解性能实验的研究得出:2株菌对原油都有较强的降解能力,在摇床实验中,单一菌株在5 d后的原油降解率都高于60%,且2菌对原油的生物降解反应符合一级反应动力学特征.摇床实验和静态曝气实验都得出:SY6的降解能力比SY4强.通过本实验研究,为其实际应用提供一定的生物基础.

Abstract:In this experiment crude oil is used as a sole source of carbon and two bacterium strains named SY4 and SY6 are screened from oil-polluted soil.The preliminary appraisal shows that SY4 and SY6 belong to bacillus.From the degradation experiments we can know that 2 isolates have strong degradation ability to crude oil;after 5 days the degradation rate to oil by each single strain is more than 60% in shaking bottle test and the biodegradation reaction of the two isolates conforms to the characteristics of kinetics.Two experiments of shaking bottle and static aeration show that the degradation ability of SY6 is stronger than SY4.This experiment offers biological base in actual application.
