大断面硬岩掘进隧道除尘系统风量比研究

摘    要:基于徐工XTR6/260型大断面硬岩悬臂掘进机的施工工况,以通风系统风量比为切入点,建立大断面通风系统风尘离散相模型,以Ls-dyna硬岩截割模型计算结果为粉尘初始条件,进行CFD求解,通过对比分析不同风量比条件下除尘系统的除尘效果,得到大断面硬岩掘进隧道除尘系统的最优风量比为0.8。

Abstract:Based on the construction condition of XTR6/260 large section hard rock cantilever road-header of Xugong,the ventilation system air volume ratio as a starting point,the discrete phase model of large cross-section tunnels is established,and the Ls-dyna hard rock cutting model calculation results are set as the initial conditions of dust,to find CFD solutions.By comparing the dust removal efficiency of the dust removal system with different air volume ratio,the optimal air volume ratio of the dust removal system for large section hard rock tunneling is 0.8.
