湿布电极含水率对湿布电除尘性能影响

摘    要:为解决湿式电除尘器的“白烟”排放以及收尘极板易腐蚀结垢等问题,提出一种水浸卷帘湿布电除尘器。首先探讨了湿布电极含水率对湿布电除尘器伏安特性的影响。分别采用含水率50%、84%、100%的湿布电极与金属极板进行对比试验发现,含水率大于50%的湿布电极的电晕电流高于金属极板,说明如果湿布电极润湿较充分,其导电性满足电除尘要求。然后采用中位径3.5μm的硅微粉进行了湿布电极电除尘器与常规电除尘器的除尘效率对比试验研究。在处理风量和极配结构相同、入口含尘质量浓度1400mg/m^3、外加电压15~35kV的条件下,湿布电极电除尘器的除尘效率随湿布电极含水率的增加而提高,当湿布电极含水率大于50%,湿布除尘器的除尘效率高于常规干式电除尘器。

Effect of Moisture Content of Wet Cloth Electrode on Dedusting Performance of Wet Cloth

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of “white smoke” emission and electrode corrosion, scaling of the wet electrostatic precipitator, an electrostatic precipitator with water soaking wet cloth curtain is proposed. Firstly the influence of moisture content of wet cloth electrode on the V-I characteristics of wet cloth electrostatic precipitator is discussed and the corona current of wet cloth electrode with moisture content of 50%, 84% and 100% is higher than that of metal plate, indicating that the electrical conductivity of the wet cloth electrode can meet the needs of the electrostatic precipitation if the cloth electrode is wetted enough. Then, the collection efficiency of the wet cloth electrode electrostatic precipitator is compared experimentally with that of the conventional electrostatic precipitator by silica micro powder of 3. 5 μm medium diameter, in condition that the average inlet dust concentration is about 1 400 mg/ m^3 , and the electric field strength is in the range of 1. 5-3. 5 kV, the collection efficiency of the wet cloth electrode electrostatic precipitator increases with the increase of water content and when the water content of wet cloth electrode is greater than 50%, the collectionefficiency of the wet cloth electrode electrostatic precipitator is higher than that of the conventional electrostatic precipitator at same electrode configuration and gas flow rate.
