摘    要:为考察风筒出口至迎头距离对掘进巷道流场分布的影响,利用Fluent软件模拟研究了风筒出口至迎头不同距离下的掘进巷道流场分布情况。结果表明,风筒出口至迎头不同距离下的瓦斯及粉尘浓度分布规律基本一致,均在风筒出口处较低,在迎头及巷道底板处较大,在迎头端底板处达到最大值。随着风筒出口至迎头距离的增大,靠近迎头区域处瓦斯及粉尘浓度均得以降低,但远离迎头处的瓦斯及粉尘浓度则有所增大。风筒出口不宜距迎头过远,也不可过近,过远会导致迎头处瓦斯超限,过近则会增大粉尘弥漫范围,不利于现场工人作业。

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of the distance from the ventilation outlet to head on the gas and dust concentration,this paper uses the Fluent software to conduct a numerical simulation for distribution of the flow field under different distances from the ventilation outlet to head.The results show that,the distribution of gas and dust concentration is roughly the same at different distances from the ventilation outlet to head,it is relatively lower in the ventilation outlet,but larger in the heading face and roadway floor,and reaches the maximum at the floor of driving roadway heading face.With the increase of distance from the ventilation outlet to head,the concentration of gas and dust near the heading face is reduced,but the concentration of gas and dust in area away from the head is increased.The ventilation outlet should not be too far from heading face,nor too close.It will lead to the gas overrun at the heading face if the distance is too far,but if it is too close,it will increase the diffuse range of the dust and be not good for workers on the spot.
